On September 19, 2025, under the organization of the World Federation of acupuncture and moxibustion Societies, the global delegation of acupuncture and moxibustion experts of traditional Chinese medicine was invited to visit Karolinska Institute in Sweden. Wang Wenqing, the chairman and general manager of Wuxi Jiajian Medical Instruments Co., Ltd., visited with the delegation as an enterprise representative, actively participated in the international academic dialogue of "acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of pain" in the whole process, and contributing insights from an enterprise perspective for the integrated development of Chinese and western medicine.

During the visit, General Manager Wang Wenqing, accompanied by experts from Karolinska Institute, focused on inspecting advanced medical facilities such as the hospital's unmanned intelligent delivery system, and gained a detailed understanding of the hospital's cutting-edge achievements and practical experience in pain etiology research, diagnosis and treatment optimization, rehabilitation management, and other fields.

On September 20, the 2025 International acupuncture and moxibustion Academic Seminar of the World Federation of acupuncture and moxibustion Societies opened in Stockholm, Sweden. Wang Wenqing, general manager of Wuxi Jiajian Medical, was invited to participate in the conference and took part in the theme discussion of "acupuncture and moxibustion medicine and human health". As an annual event in the field of global acupuncture and moxibustion, this seminar attracted more than 480 Chinese and foreign experts and scholars, set up 7 academic sub venues and 8 workshops, and carried out exchanges around core topics such as clinical research and basic innovation. Wang Wenqing, the general manager, paid special attention to the special forums such as "Basic Research Progress of Modern Chinese Medicine acupuncture and moxibustion", "Integrated Innovation and Application of Traditional Medicine", drawing on Jiajian’s 20 years of technological experience, he exchanged views with international experts on the standardization and intelligent upgrading of acupuncture needle manufacturing.

After seminar concluded, General Manager Wang Wenqing met with Professor Liu Baoyan, President of the World Federation of acupuncture-moxibustion Societies, and took a group photo together. Professor Liu Baoyan has long been deeply engaged in the clinical practice and scientific research of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. His research achievements have provided solid academic support for the international development of acupuncture and moxibustion. During their conversation, the two sides conducted an in-depth discussion on the key topics of this academic seminar, and exchanged views on critical aspects of the  internationalization of the acupuncture and moxibustion industry.

In the future, Wuxi Jiajian Medical will take this international exchange as an important opportunity to continue to focus on the research, development and production of acupuncture and moxibustion needles.
